Freebie with Greer and Charlton would be ridiculous.
If there is enough capital on your team to reacquire your 1sts, you shouldn't need a freebie.
Freebies are given when the team is fucked

A GM coming in with nothing on his roster but WITH his own picks would not get a freebie.
So, a GM with enough trade value / capital on his roster to reacquire his own picks should also not get a freebie.
