this is what I told Stool when he joined and Spencer wanted us to messaged him advice for an AC. Its not because I dislike Kobe(because I don't) We have rules here for a reason though.  |

This wasn’t a “following the rules”. This was a fluke. 5. If your starting PG is injured and your backup is not listed as PG on your roster, I will fix your DC accordingly. If you have no other listed PGs on your roster, I will sign one regardless of Hard Cap implications. |

How about this.. * if you go over the HC after the deadline or in the playoffs because you had 2 or fewer Pgs available you will not be subject to a HC penalty. You will be subject to me picking a PG that may sim poorly. If you have 3 pgs - no hc penalty If you have 2 pgs and your 50 day heal and instructions about healing - no hc penalty (even if both pgs are out over 50 days). If at the time of the 2nd injury both pgs are injured for more than 50 days or both pgs are injured for 50 days or less then you can choose which pg to heal but if one is more than 50 days and the other 50 or less then the heal will be applied to the one injured 50 days or less. If you have 2 pgs and cap for a rook fa - no hc penalty The above will apply from day 99 until the end of the playoffs even if you have additional pg injuries If you have a player on your roster who is eligible to be moved to pg and instructions in your dc to move him to pg in the case of injuries then he will be counted as a pg for the above rule. Otherwise regular hc penalties apply Maybe add an objective component for the pg signing. Highest handling rating, lowest defensive rating. Whatever I liked this |

Alright, so heres what Ive come up with....
The Hard Cap
1. The Hard Cap is $78,000,000. You cannot go over the Hard Cap. If you do go over, you have 48 hours to get under. In the off-season you have until Opening Day to get under. If you do not get under, you must forfeit your next 2 first round picks(If there are multiple picks I will decide), and you will also lose a player to waivers. You will also lose your MLE and LLE, and all FA privileges (even Bird rights) over the next 2 years. If you go over at the trade deadline, because of a trade, the penalty the is automatically incurred. If you go over the HC after the trade deadline or in the playoffs because of a PG injury you will lose a player of my choosing to FA, 2 2nd Round picks and your MLE and LLE for 2 years.

Im removing Tony Davis from the roster.
MIA loses 2nd Round picks in 2053 and 2054, and MLE and LLE privileges in 2053 and 2054.

If I went over the HC, the same people pleading for Kobe would've been begging for me to get the full HC penalty and that would've happened.
a guy who won x amount of titles, cant even manage his own team.
