Can vote on rule changes. New rules. Stuff like that.
Can maybe help with the gray areas in the rules and stuff like that.
Members can get an AC every offseason.
Something to think about.
Also that way not everything falls on Spence.

We need to make sure spence would be down. And then we can just do a league vote. Every vote could be an RC. No vote you lose an RC. Creates some activity and creates some fairness all across
