1. How has your season gone thus far?
the original michael - Lots of ups and downs but I think we found our groove with this most recent DC. Have won 11 of 12.
Edit: looks like Spencer simmed again and suddenly we suck again.
Lasagna and tears of failure Not bad. Some injuries but those always happen unless you are tanking. Team is good enough that I'm not worried about not resetting, so this is allowing me to tinker with DCs and I think over the last 2-3 seasons I've learned more about DCs than I figured out in all the previous seasons combined. I thank Broph for always sharing knowledge and Broph and JR for the Rscript stuff that allows you to do a deeper dive quickly each sim. And a shout out to Aaron for always being there when I need trade advice.
2. Who has been the most surprising team so far (positive or negative)?
the original michael - I think the Nuggets. I liked their 1-5 before the season and I’m surprised they are under .500.
Lasagna and tears of failure habes' Pistons. I knew they would be good because, he's always good, but dear goodness that team is a monster. Even better than the team he fielded last season.
3. Draft File dropped along with some notes. Is Ice Man the clear #1?
the original michael - Has to be, yes. Looks like a stud wing.
Lasagna and tears of failure Probably... but he shouldn't be. Raymond Lewis should be given his due. I mean the dude dropped 60 on Olympic Hero Collins and that was just in a half. I really feel like Spence is completely wiffing on him in the draft and should be made into the player he showed he was. Blackballed by the 6ers.
4. Who looks like the most interesting player coming out?
the original michael - Haven’t really looked and don’t plan on it since I have no picks!!

5. Who is your GM of the Year and why?
the original michael - Don’t really see one GM standing out this year. No major leaps from shit to elite.
Lasagna and tears of failure Gonna give a shout out to my boy Chipper. He built a nice team and then made the trade that pushed him up to the top teir.
And in the East, Ashan. He lost Wilt, shook it off, and still has one of the best teams in the league. Most teams would have fallen apart losing someone that great.
6. The 1 Mil reward is coming up. We know what it is but what do you wish it was?
the original michael - Im cool with a 100 reset but I’m wondering what this will do to the rest of the league during TCs.
Lasagna and tears of failure I like the 100 pot, but I wish I could break it up and not give it all to the same player.
7. Assuming we get a 100 pot reset, who’s it going to?
the original michael - Likeky Dino. He’s locked up contract wise and has a great base. 100 potential will be awesome for him.
Lasagna and tears of failure This is the dillema I have. Giving it to a B or A scouted pot player seems like a waste as they still have POT left, and I really dont have any great C pot players to throw it at either.
8. What’s one player you believe is being underutilized?
the original michael - Good question… it’s not the best answer but Derrek Dickey. It’s just because I want to see how my former draftee sims in starting minutes.
Lasagna and tears of failure I'd have to look at the tanking teams to figure this one out. I'm sure one of them is hiding someone that would give em more wins. quick look around though, not really seeing what I expected to find.
9. Which team has the bleakest outlook going forward?
the original michael - The Jazz for obvious reasons.
Lasagna and tears of failure Lakers cause Ashan auto'd him in the draft. Joking aside, this is a pretty good group of GMs, and the weakest link is probably my buddy Stoool, just cause he doesn't know the game. He's been asking a lot of questions of late, and hopefully he wont get Skill(d) again with a salary dump.
10. Any really early summer plans?
the original michael - Nothing yet, have to worry about getting through March and the 5 family bdays that are there.
Lasagna and tears of failure Last year we picked up an inexpensive pontoon boat so we'll be on the water a lot. If I was to do it again would have got a different boat, or not bought one. Also wife wants to see a concert at Red Rocks Ampatheter so currently we're planning on flying out there June 15th to see Whiskey Myers.
