We changed the rule a few seasons ago. No HC clock in the offseason as longjist have to get under before sim 1.

seems like a miss that those who go over during the last day of FA get 24 hrs instead of 48. WAAAAAAH

I thought you got 48 from the end of Fa. Not good luck getting under before I sim again.
Any penalty before the end of Fa is pointless bc it’s still offseason which is why we changed it

. The Hard Cap is $78,000,000. You cannot go over the Hard Cap. If you do go over, you have 48 hours to get under. In the off-season you have until Opening Day to get under.
