The Lasagna Kid presents the 50’s Welcome to a heaping pile of numbers showing which GM put forth the best bang for the buck spent to see a game played. Today we take a look at the GMs of the East! The Table is sorted by “Spend the Money?”. The closer to 1 the number is the closer you are getting dollar for dollar spent to equal a win when you go to one of the team’s games. The sheet starts off with overall win loss for the 50’s of the regular season. With 3 Rings in the 50’s really no surprise DeeperThanSims leads the pack. Also included in the table are a teams overall win / loss for each round of the playoffs, along with an overall winning percentage for all playoff games.  Thank you for taking a look and hopefully in the near future, the west will be done. But getting the numbers is tedious as... well you know |

Did have Kareem for 9 out of the 10 years of the decade so that helps lmao.
The other year, I tanked for Kareem so that hurt.

the formula also gives rewards for the different rounds of the playoffs wins  not nearly as weighted as SKillz's but... you win a lot of playoff games it does help. |

Hawks made finals 3 times, won all 3
Celtics made finals 2 times, won 1
Cavs made finals 1 time, won it
Knicks made finals 1 time, won it
Raptors made finals 1 time, won it
Heat made finals 1 time, lost it
East won finals 7 of the 9 years?

decade still has 21 days and a postseason gonna be very busy soon, and had some down time the last 3 days to get most of the stats in place, figured I'd do it now while I could even if it meant leaving a season off. |
