You cannot choose who the VET or ROOKIE FA is. It is my discretion because it is easier for me.
If you want to sign someone and trade someone, then sign that player and then trade them with the player name in the trade.

Just for future clarification. Would it be OK to sign the dudes then name them/link the signing in the trade thread instead of putting vet fa?
Essentially putting vet fa =idc
Naming means someone specific.
