there needs to be a rule about getting a DC in by the 2nd sim.
Can't have a team not having a DC almost all season land at pick 1(I know it jumped but that's not the point)
why reward laziness/inactivity?

penalty for teams trying to win as well
Wizards started off hot during their CY and I guess he decided not to put his own DC in.

Yeah having a dc before sim 1 is like the basic of being a Gm.
In a former lG we had an offseason check in that was an RC.
How about a depth chart is needed to claim weight room. Same concept

It could also help if Spencer made the auto Dc visibility. If we can’t see it it can’t be critiqued !

Setting a DC is the bare minimum. If we had more people on the waitlist I'd consider firing GMs for not posting one by sim 2 or whatever

I don't know what penalty would make sense. I don't think Spence is going to be dropping picks for lotto teams trying to use a CPU DC. Last season we had a team trying to win that didn't post a DC lol. What penalty do you give there

A potential issue with that is a GM might be willing to take that CY penalty if the CPU DC makes them bad enough
GMs should just post their DCs or get fired

If a GM doesn't care enough to post a DC, they should not be apart of this league. |

There absolutely no way a GM should benefit by not posting a DC...whether its the draft or making their CY.
