When we initially took over the organization, IT was someone who we considered a building block. We wanted to move on from the rest of the team, collect draft picks, gain some flexibility financially because we were pretty close to the HC, and tank for a couple years. The idea was by the time our 8-10 draft picks develop, we'd have enough guys to compete with an IT who will be in the middle of his prime. We're hoping that IT, Person, and one of the bigs we drafted can be the foundation for a big 3 while we try and find a really good MLE player to extend and keep around, or even trade for more assets.

Everyone seems engaged for the most part. Received a lot of trade offers when I took over, so it was nice not always having to be the one initiating the trades. It's an adjustment getting the camp system down but also from an outsider perspective, there seems to be so many talented players. I picked up guys with the vet minimum and MLE last year who would be all stars in other leagues I've been in, so that makes player assessment difficult as far as establishing value for players.

Need 1/2 more guys on Isiahs level, and hopefully by the time Barnes is an expiring I'm hoping to package that 20M expiring for a couple impact players to add to what I'll already have built and developed by then.

Toss up between Pippen and DRob. If my bigs from this past draft show promise, I'd probably go Pippen and slide Person to the 2.

5. Stance hasn't changed from a previous question. Plan was to tank with Isiah and have a formidable team hopefully by next season, or contract year with a prime Isiah leading the ship. Should have a nice young core around him with Barnes 25M expiring to dangle in 2 years for something nice.

6. Combo of sim 1 and DC probably. Had 2 guys ahead of him who probably shouldn't be options, but experimenting this season.

7. Gattison was a starter from day 1 and was a double double consistent with some stocks. Person was off the bench all season but showed promise scoring. Ducksworth impressed as well.
