1. David Robinson landed 1, Pippen landed 2 and I don't think anyone would argue with that. Was Miller the right pick at 3?
Mouse 1. I think it depends on team need at that point. Miller is a more notable name and will obviously be an elite offensive player, but I was happy to see Kukoc fall to me at 4 although I was disappointed in not getting 1/2. I can see Kukoc being the more well rounded player with a bit more versatility. But if Kukoc went 3, I would have been more than happy with Miller so it doesn't matter.
kobe Yea I think Miller had the best notes so he was the safe pick, spence made him better than he should have. I think some other guys in this draft could end up being more valuable
stooolfan I think so, I know I would of wanted Miller. I cant fault the pick. Nothing wrong with getting a big name. Hopefully he will sim well.
2. How are the Heat's CY chances looking?
Mouse 2. I think they'll be okay. Kobe seems to have a good reputation here but from a quick glance at the roster, he seems to have enough talent. People who've been here longer with a better idea on player evaluation would most likely have a better assessment on his chances.

3. Thw Grizz won the BBS title. Will they repeat?
Mouse 3. Always pretty tough to repeat in FBB. I'm assuming everyone returned and they improved their depth? They'll definitely be in the conversation again for a title. Also from a trade block perspective, it seems like there's more teams rebuilding then looking to win right now so that's an advantage for him.
kobe No, but I'm glad Kiki got a title.
stooolfan They have a shot, but there are a lot of completive teams out there. I think its a toss up this year. Besides Warriors in 3.
4. The Bucks came one game short of winning it all. Do they make it back to the finals?
Mouse 4. As a team that wasn't in the playoffs last year, I honestly didn't look at the results but idk the Magic and Pacers look really good too. I'm sure I'm missing some other teams. Since I was tanking the last couple of years, paying attention to other teams really wasn't on my radar.
kobe No, Heat winning it all this season.
stooolfan The bucks are elite, they will be in the conversation. The sim is crazy tho, I was one game away from beating a much better hawks team, and when I won I thought the Hawks were better then too, So we shall see what the sim gods decide. They should be in the race tho.
5. Who should be the top pick of next year's draft?
Mouse 5. Not completely sure how Spence does them. I'm assuming it's 1988 but see that Kerr was in it but came out a year early. I guess Rick Smitz? Bigs are always a priority and seem to be becoming even more important from what people are saying in the threads regarding blocks and rebounds.
kobe eh maybe Manning depending on how Spence does his shooting? He should be made well since he was a top pick and had nice stock #s. Shouldn't be hard to make him a stud SF. Smits maybe but depends on his rebounding and blocks.

6. Let's be honest. Marques Johnson will eventually be moved. What would you need added to take on the deal?
Mouse 6. I inquired about him actually. Would have slightly considered taking him if this year's pick was involved, but would definitely do it with 2 picks. Would feel confident with Marques/Elho/Isiah and then just renew CY, and ride things out for a few years with rookie contracts. He definitely didn't know what the contract was gonna be so feel bad about the situation. He probably should have been warned prior to the sim, and a contract like that hinders any progress the Spurs can make for years to come. That's the type of contract that makes GMs ghost lol.

7. What are the top 5 situations currently in BBS?
Mouse 7. Something I honestly don't know to well to list 5. Probably the teams with the bonafide guys like MJ, Magic, etc.
kobe Not sure haven't really been paying attention. Pacers with MJ and MRR obv. Magic still have the best player and a nice core around him. I have one of the best teams after looking around so I'll throw Heat in there fuck it. Grizzlies in West since they just won title. And I guess Jazz, Dream and Sampson should be easy to build a title contender aroun for years.
stooolfan I think the best situation is those with the elite elite players. MJ etc. I think we have a lot of very good teams and a lot of very bad teams, and not much mid. Not sure on a top 5.
8. Who's next to get CY'd?
Mouse 8. Not sure either but feel like it could have been me if I didn't make the moves I made this off season. Felt as though I tanked this last 2 seasons, and didn't even get a top 3 pick either year. If I tanked another season it might have not panned out so trying to at least add guys like Elho and Cheeks this season to see if I can renew this season, and if I don't I still have my pick this year while learning a better sense on what I'd need for next season.

9. Rebounding was an issue that seems to be worked on via lowering ratings in drafts. Do you agree with this approach and if not, how would you do it?
Mouse 9. As a new comer I'm just going with the flow and not really concerned with making any comments about changing things. Wasn't here for any of that so it doesn't really concern me. Although it's crazy to see some of the guys in leftover FAs because in other leagues some of these dudes would be top 10-15 players lol.
kobe I guess it seems like ratings are going down with a lot of the studs being older. Spence has definitely nuked the drafts since the inflation/restart discussion got hot. Only problem now is the players allowed to play PG with A- rebs.
stooolfan I dont know enough of the game to fix the issue. I assume the rebounding is doing a good job. I trust Spencer.
10. What's the thanksgiving plans?
Mouse 10. Go to my sisters house with the fam, and then my girlfriends sisters house in the evening.
kobe Dinner with the family. Turkey, ham and such. Hash brown casserole.
stooolfan Wife and I are working to get all that holiday money. LOL. But we will celebrate Friday with a smoked turkey and wonderful sides.
