We can use pig's suggestion Suggested Rule
No player with a rebounding rating of B who was born between the months of February and April inside the Continental United States with a handling rating of C or higher can play SG. However, this rule doesn't apply to players with an outside rating of A- and average girth of 5 inches on their penis. But if their surname begins with letters M-O they can be put on a panel voted by 9 BBS GM's on whether they can play SG or not
