wouldnt a player like milsap have too low of quickness that he would be a liability there? i feel there should be sme trade off

Yea I wanted the rule along with everyone else back then. That's when you make the rule, not now after 13 seasons. I've been building my team the past few seasons without that rule
Obviously you can make up whatever rules you want, would just be really unfair and unjust
