I lost to Martinez in the finals. I remember checking the boxes in my college library. I lost to outlawz in the ecf after trading him Shaq, but the fucked thing is Shaq didn’t even play in game 7

Was still in HS I think when BBS started. This was what, 13 years ago?

I remember winning a zillion games in BBS (2?) (3?) and losing in the playoffs over and over and over again and being a big disappointment to my friends and family.

We finally broke the curse and won the title with a fake player. Pretty sure i still remember his name. Deveroux St. Cloud?

I remember a little PG named Ricky Francis who had awful ratings but we dominated with him and won us a few titles.

iirc i was a no.1 seed facing mark in the first round. st cloud was a disappointing wing prospect with something like c or c+ handling. mark's pg (deron i think?) went down, he put st cloud at pg, and he dominated. that's when we all figured out assists are irrelevant in fbb and wings who don't turn it over dominate at pg.

Yeah, wow. It's coming back! I overreacted to how he played for Mark and traded a superstar PG (D-Rose?) for St.Cloud and a bunch of picks, and got slammed for it. And he ended up being awesome.

yeah st cloud was C/A/C+/C+ or something very similar and he was one of the best players in the league
