I just started 1-3 lb weights on it so I’m certainly a ways away, but it was always going to be a long recovery process. I do PT with my buddy who is a doctor so it makes the session go by so much quicker. my shoulder won’t be considered fully recovered until like September lol thanks for asking brother |

Landed on his shoulder and poof it was broke. |
