ah fuck man what'd you do to it? i have multidirectional instabilitiy so i've done rotator/labrum, etc. and all the fun stuff. its a long recovery but luckily pretty straightforward in terms of PT fucked up my shoulder making a catch in Sunday morning softball. fractured my glenoid bone and had some rotator cuff issues that they noticed when they performed surgery on September 17. Guess I’m getting too old for this shit! I was told I wouldn’t have 85% ROM until 5 months in lol fuck man. you fracture any of those bones and get a few sharp edges in that shoudler joint and everything starts to get fucked up. sorry to hear it man. on the ROM stuff... take it from someone who has played catch using elbow-only throws and hasn't borne weight/lifted anything heavy above my shoulders since high school... there are fortunately far worse, more debilitating problems to have. you get used to it. unless you play a ton of tennis or squash its not that big of a deal |
