Trade frenzies were developed to encourage trading. Hopefully people start trade talks more often when frenzies pop up. It isnt a requirement tho.

Idea from above. Does it need to be a frenzy period? Can we keep the higher rules. But leave all season long or maybe second half? Idk. People may not want to wait till frenzy period to make the splash. I think encouraging trading at any times is cool. But not if it creates a fuck ton of work for you
