Northeast doesn't do BBQ that well though so there is a trade off. best bbq i've ever had was Austin Texas Kansas City. lil place that all the presidents have gone to, dating back to Nixon... well up to when I was last there, no idea if Trump and Obama went |

Carolina BBQ is for acquired taste. I don't like the mustard or vinegar bases. Austin probably would be up there as well. Texas BBQ is brisket while Tenn BBQ is generally pork. |
