Kansas City. lil place that all the presidents have gone to, dating back to Nixon... well up to when I was last there, no idea if Trump and Obama went KC and Memphis. Carolina BBQ is for acquired taste. I don't like the mustard or vinegar bases. Austin probably would be up there as well. Texas BBQ is brisket while Tenn BBQ is generally pork. buddy of mine is from Missouri and he LOVES his pork ribs and butt smothered in St Louis style. I'm more a rub guy with beef for my bbq |
