So you want a rule that if somebody goes over on 99 we just wait for him? i'm sure no one wants that, and if spence wants to announce that he won't do that anymore, i'm all for it. but until he does that, have to give guys the same treatment royal got or just not punish them. |

IMO let Marty slide. Implement something going forward. Shouldn't be on Spencer to check people's salary and the rest of the league shouldn't wait for a sim.
