Need another Rc to hopefully get Bailey to b+ outside. The line between B and B+ is really small Eh seems like a low b but rc and tc You need 132 combined for a b and 142 combined for a b+ so hopefully can get there |

That is why a lot of teams only have 2-3 yr windows The slow, turnstile of youth style doesn't always result in wins either though. You might win more regular season games over a longer period of time, but that 3 yr window team might have got a title out of it while the slow build guy got nothing Could be but just trading exps for overpaid guys to take a shot is not what I like to do |

Not sure if the volume for Bailey is cause of my team having no scorers but I added one in Lear and he still has the volume. That’s great to see

Usually when we are making trades for an overpaid guy it's out of desperation/an attempt to reset, not a "this is the last piece to my team"

I like to go all in most of the time I went all out last time to get the ship and struck out and needed a rebuild. Going to try to be patient this time I hear that. The slow build isn't my style but it's a good option, great if you draft superstars. |

But if I am coming out of a rebuild trying to compete I like to trade for 27-30 years old that still have like 5 seasons in the tank so i can make a nice little run

I could of had kept the core that I had together for a while but got too impatient meh. Made a 5-7 year run way shorter

I usually try to look at tank as gathering assets seeing what pans out but not falling in love with any asset if I can get better
