Problem with keto is if you ever start eating carbs again you’ll pile the weight on fast yea just gotta be careful. i had 4-5 slip up days and still lost 14 lbs though. as long as you dont go back to bad eating habits every day then you'll be alright. i dont see myself eating a lot of fast food again and ive never had an issue avoiding pizza, bread, pasta. the biggest thing for me was drinking nothing but water now instead of sweet tea/dr pepper all day. i haven't really had those cravings yet surprisingly so thats good everything down here is bad for you so its hard to avoid esp if you want to go out at all with friends. ive been trying to avoid hanging out with ppl so i dont drink or eat the wrong things lol.

Once you’re in a habit it’s hard to break but once you break it it’s a dark hole. Covid got me bad. I barely started eating healthy again

But the strips helped. Cheap too. Like $7 on Amazon for a bunch. Also get yourself an air fryer. It does wonders with Brussels broccoli and all that stuff

i have an air fryer i use it every day lol. just cant bring myself to eat brussell sprouts. i eat salads tho found a decently healthy dressing
