weighed in at 173 this morning fellas keto? I think so, but kind of by accident if that makes sense. Just tried to eat healthier and now have a pretty steady diet of fruits, vegetables, nuts, and lean protein (chicken 80-90% of the time) I don't specifically tailor my intake to be high fat though |

At 195 being 6'1" I wasn't really overweight per se, but once I focused on the diet and working out/playing racquetball I have lost weight pretty dramatically since Christmas. 80% diet, 20% exercise!
